What would you do? Customer Business Analysts (CBAs) are responsible for managing tactical demand signals, executing forecast uploads into planning systems (SAP, IBP), supporting NPI and EOL planning, and partnering closely with Sales, Supply Planning, and Customer Sales Analysts (CSAs) to drive end-to-end execution excellence.
Order Management involves order processing, Receive, process and confirm customer orders in the system. Ensure order accuracy in terms of pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery details Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders Work well with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Keyword includes (Order Processing, Order fulfillment" "Customer communication", Inventory Management)
Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? Candidate should have overall experience btw 1 to 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and Analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in ERP systems
Understanding of basic supply chain and order fulfillment processes
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve order issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Domain skills:
-Demand management, Supply management, and Order fulfillment processes
-Good understanding of Go to Market models
•Certification/ERP
•ERP Skills: (SAP, IBP) or Blue Yonder
Additional ERP skills (preferred): Order booking and fulfillment tools
Ability in analyze data and RCA on MS Excel
Knowledge of SAP, IBp , Blue Yonder.
Roles and Responsibilities: Capture demand signals across assigned customer accounts, ensuring forecasts are uploaded accurately into ERP and aligned with customer expectations.
Use SAP to monitor and adjust supply commitments, highlight supply gaps, and coordinate escalations with the supply planning and ops teams.
Collaborate with account teams and field sales to translate customer signals into executable demand plans.
Participate in the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) transitions by submitting initial demand and managing customer communications.
Prepare and submit escalation for unfulfilled demand, ensuring critical supply gaps are highlighted and resolved in coordination with factory and planning teams.
Create and review reports and logs.
Support quarterly and monthly planning cycles and long-term demand tracking for strategic accounts.
