Role Description

About the Role:

As a Manager II, Product Management (Operations) -  Product Operations Lead, you will be a strategic partner to our product management team to drive improved product outcomes - higher business value, better product quality, process efficiency and a more engaged and satisfied team for our Circles.X platform. You will directly lead efforts related to annual planning, OKR & project tracking and cross-functional collaboration with the end goal of defining and maintaining playbooks that will enable product management organization to more efficiently drive meaningful outcomes for our partners and our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with platform product managers and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on the Circles.X platform vision.
  • Lead all product operations activities and initiatives in close coordination with the product management lead across all platform pillars (Connectivity, Delight, Beyond, Enablers).
  • Facilitate cross-functional leadership dialogues to create visibility on progress and risks, and drive timely and effective data-driven (especially product and business KPIs) decision making.
  • Build and operationalize product feedback loops; collaborate with GTM partners and product analysts to synthesize feedback and use the findings to shape our strategy and roadmap
  • Establish standard processes and optimize tools to support better cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams are aligned and efficient
  • Mentor and develop other team members to help grow and mature the function
  • Help facilitate team collaboration and communication across the product domain by designing and facilitating an operating rhythm of meetings, governance and reporting.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage the many tools (for roadmapping, prototyping, etc.) the product team uses

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of applicable program or portfolio management or product operations experience in ideally a B2B platform product organization.
  • Proven track record in any of product management, strategy & operations, management consulting, or program role at an enterprise SaaS company. 
  • Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives from problem definition, research and analysis, planning, to execution towards business outcomes
  • Data-driven and analytical thinker; ability to conduct analysis and translate data into insights and actionable steps. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take a prioritized, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communicator who can convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to build positive relationships across functions and levels, effective influencer with internal and external partners
  • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and can operate with ambiguity.
  • Experience with a variety of project management and product development tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with regional and functional leaders.
