Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.
Use strong analytical skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.
Oversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting—while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or similar fields.
1–2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Intermediate knowledge of search and social advertising platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Solid understanding of display performance media vendors and technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.
Ability to organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay focused on achieving goals.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Pay Range
In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are sharing the pay range for this role. The final offer will be determined based on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity.
Salary range: €25.000- €32.000
CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 4th Level
This is a hybrid position and we offert a permanent contract.
