Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide problem-solving solutions. With your creativity and expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining efficient and effective applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and configure applications based on business process and application requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Design and implement solutions that align with business needs - Ensure applications are developed and configured according to best practices - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing - Document application design, configuration, and processes - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in application development - Mentor and guide junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Prism Analytics - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and modules - Experience in designing and configuring Workday Core HCM solutions - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices - Familiarity with Workday integration tools and techniques - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Workday application issues - Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A Workday prism certified is required
