Position Summary
1. Maximize efficient utilization of human resources by calculating the optimum number of employees needed for each organization in a short-, mid- and long-term and appointing workforce accordingly.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Establishment and operation of workforce plan] Support the establishment and implementation of short/mid/long-term workforce plans according to the business environment and the management of the optimum number of employees needed for each organization.
2. [Establishing HR strategies and designing organizations] Support the establishment of HR strategy and the designing of an organizational model by analyzing the domestic and international market environment, and assist a regular/frequent re-organization.
3. [HR management of managers] Assist promotion/appointment/nurturing of managers based on the organization operation model and support retention activities of core staff.
4. [Operating HR policy] Support operation of HR policy (evaluation/promotion/reward & discipline) complying with the business environment and assist the management of low/high-performers.
Skills and Qualifications
• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience since TB1
