We are looking for a Revenue Strategy & Operations Analyst / Associate to join our team.

As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Analyst / Associate, you will help assist in all day to day operations of the Morning Brew Revenue team to ensure that the value of all revenue assets are being optimized. Our team focuses on five main pillars: Inventory Management, Pricing/Pacing, Packaging, CRM Management, and Data & Reporting. Ideal candidates for this role will be curious at heart, detail oriented, analytical and have very strong organizational and communication skills. Not only will you have the opportunity to work internally with our revenue organization but you will also have the opportunity to work with data to help drive better insights and decisions for our team.

Our positions are remote hybrid; however, we have a strong preference for employees who can work from our Morning Brew HQ in NYC.

Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Account Management, Integrated Marketing, Finance and other members of the Morning Brews Revenue Org to: 
· Review and approve media plans to ensure we are using inventory effectively and our margins are strong across all Morning Brew verticals
· Work with Integrated Marketing and our editorial team to price out and package custom campaigns, ongoing programming sponsorships, and new editorial initiatives which is inclusive of events, guides, and large editorial tent poles 
· Analyze rates, STR, and revenue trends to make recommendations on maximizing inventory utilization
· Utilize data and resources to run weekly revenue reports and assist in ad hoc projects/report requests from the Revenue Org
· Oversight of internal CRM system - implementing governance to verify system is utilized according to Morning Brew best practices and resolving any issues that may arise
· Work with Finance to make sure revenue numbers are correct prior to the month end close and Account Management to ensure all invoices are sent 

Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of professional experience (media preferred) 
· Ability to communicate effectively across all levels (written and verbal) 
· Detail oriented and a need for perfection 
· Solution oriented approach to work 
· Data focused and experience using tools like excel, google sheets, google slides
· Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
· Entrepreneurial spirit looking for ways to improve processes and make improvements to the existing team
· Open minded

COMPENSATION $75,000-85,000k DOE
*Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
