岗位描述：

负责辖内系统及Web服务器、知识库的管理，负责辖内系统及Web服务器的事件、问题、变更管理和实施；为客户提供离案技术支持。弹性工作时间及班次(接受弹性晚班)，节假日正常休息。

岗位职责：

1、对用户创建的故障单，以及用户恢复服务请求反应处理；

2、完成Apache、GlassFish等的维护工作，确保服务的可用性；

3、根据客户需求，提供问题的分析、解决服务；  

岗位要求：

1、能读懂及回复英文工作邮件；

2、了解网络基础知识、常用网络协议、防火墙等基本知识；

3、了解Linux操作系统的基本操作；
