Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will also monitor system performance and work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and meet service level expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to ensure alignment with service agreements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively. - Familiarity with reporting tools and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
