What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the product vision, and manage roadmaps that align with both immediate and long-term business objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead initiatives with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver products that meet and exceed market demands.

• Customer Insights: Utilize in-depth market research and direct customer feedback to inform and adjust product strategies ensuring relevance and competitiveness.

• Documentation and Management: Produce clear and concise PRDs and BRDs, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track product performance, leveraging data to drive enhancements and ensure market fit and user satisfaction.

• Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of technology trends, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech to enhance user engagement and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years experience in B2C product management, with a strong preference for fintech experience.

• Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• Entrepreneurial and innovation-driven, passionate about developing scalable and impactful products.

• Skilled in translating complex technical and market insights into actionable product features.
