We are looking for a Manager – Digital Services – Meetings & Events Technology, you will play a critical role on the Digital Services – Meetings & Events Technology growth strategy and lead the Digital Services Operations team. Our team of highly creative web-designers works within our global framework to create events websites and mobile apps. They also support our clients to configure and design websites and apps to run their Virtual and Hybrid meetings over a technology platform. Our team members have high level of expertise at taking a consultative approach in the conversations with the clients and translating their needs into successful events. We are looking for a leader who can establish more efficient practices, align functions and stakeholders to help the business continue to achieve its vast potential in the space.

You will be a thought and execution partner for our team, think strategically and help drive best practices across our global markets. You will help scale up our successful business globally by establishing an enabling platform that contribute to the business growth and drive operational excellence.

You should stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

    What You’ll Do 

    People management and the leader of the Digital Services Team

    • Operate as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to our internal stakeholders driving and delivering on key initiatives in the space.
    • Build a strong team and enable COE in India owning the service delivery and end-to-end fulfilment across the solutions.
    • Drive a strong client focus mindset within the team.
    • Handle routine daily activities such as coordination, coaching, mentoring, recruiting, budgeting, planning, delivery, quality, partner relationships, performance metrics, operations, efficiency, service level management, etc.

    Products and solutions vision and strategy:

    • Build a roadmap of Digital products and experiences that provide innovation, diversity, and choice to the Meetings & Events customers.
    • Build, leverage strong mechanisms to stay connected and gather feedback from various cohorts, both internally and externally.
    • Research customer and industry needs, conduct competitive analysis.
    • Represent the “Voice of the Customer” within GBT to inform and influence decisions on new solutions and partnerships.
    • Document business-value driven customer success stories and shared practices.

    Support the growth in business:

    • Drive Solutions (products and services) usage within GBT M&E clients.
    • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with internal Sales, Account Management and Operations teams and key decision makers to influence customer adoption.
    • Ideate, create, and establish customer success stories to drive end-user excitement that create adoption.
    • Act as the single point of accountability for Sales growth across the portfolio of solutions, while proactively identifying new workloads and expansion opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For 

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent courses will be preferred, but not mandatory
    • 12 years of experience in a Product Development, Customer Success, Sales, Program Management roles in an Enterprise solutions firm (Technology/Banking/Financial Services/ SaaS)
    • 4+ years of people management experience in a diverse, global, and matrixed organization.
    • Knowledge of M&E related technologies (like, Cvent) and their relevance and application in support of a global strategic meetings program will be an advantage
    • Experience leading customer programs and/or consulting projects in an Enterprise space.
    • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
    • Ability to project manage and work with minimal guidance.
    • Excellent strategic, problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
