Role Summary:
The AWS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting cloud-native solutions on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, with a specific focus on storage, integration, and migration activities as part of the Roche iFind Content Architecture platform. This Role will support the integration between Adobe Assets Ultimate, AEM, Sinequa, VVPM, MuleSoft, and MedCIN (an Angular and Java-based CMS) using AWS services, including S3, DynamoDB, and relevant middleware.

Key Responsibilities:
AWS S3 Configuration and Management:
Design, provision, and configure AWS S3 buckets with logical partitioning aligned to the asset management strategy.
Set up appropriate access policies, security, and versioning controls for S3.
Cloud Architecture Support:
Collaborate with the Enterprise Architects to ensure AWS components align with Roche's architecture patterns, security requirements, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of the High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) and technical documentation.
Integration Development:
Develop, test, and support integrations between AWS S3, AEM, Adobe Assets Ultimate, MuleSoft, Sinequa, and other enterprise platforms.
Support FAIR ID integration and metadata mapping strategies.
Data Migration:
Develop and execute scripts for migrating content from existing repositories (e.g., GSD) to AWS S3.
Validate data integrity, structure, and FAIR ID compliance post-migration.
Performance and Security:
Optimise cloud-based workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Implement security protocols, encryption standards, and access controls in Roche's security architecture.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with Roche AWS Team & Security and Compliance Team, AEM, MedCIN, and Sinequa teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end data flow.
Provide technical input during workshops, POCs, and UAT phases.
Support troubleshooting and defect resolution during system testing and pilot phases.

Key Skills and Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and IAM.
Proficient in cloud storage design, data migration, and API integrations.
Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms is highly desirable.
Expert in Sinequa
Familiarity with AEM, Adobe Assets Ultimate, MedCIN, VVPM, and Sinequa integrations is a plus.
Knowledge of security protocols, encryption methods, and compliance frameworks for cloud environments.
Strong scripting skills in Python - Key, (Bash, CLI) or similar languages for automation and migration.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and cross-functional collaborations.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications:
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
