As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will: 

  • Create and own the partner enablement strategy to support partner network.
  • Team with partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to expand course and certification offerings for our partners.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Solution Consulting Team to design impactful curriculum and facilitation.
  • Design learning journeys for various sales, pre-sales, and post-sales partner personas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner program teams to promote partner certification offerings.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on enablement and certification best practices.
  • Design new processes to scale the delivery for ILT (Instructor-Led Training), VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training), and e-learning offerings.
  • Work with cross-functional operational and technical teams to automate learning operations for efficiency and scale.
  • Team with the sales enablement onboarding and continuing education teams to enhance the partner learning experience through improved systems and processes.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
