Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Technology Risk Management Junior Analyst to join our Global Engineering Business Office organization. This is a unique opportunity to join an excellent team and have a meaningful impact on how Broadridge manages and embraces our Risk Culture through our tools, frameworks, processes, and governance to ensure we deliver secure solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with cybersecurity frameworks, operational controls, security scanning tools, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices, with a special focus on organizing, structuring, and reporting data that communicates our adherence to risk frameworks and controls and the impact of security remediation programs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Create the monthly Incident Package by working across application and infrastructure teams to ensure incidents are correctly categorized, root cause is ascertained and remediation actions are taken to reduce or eliminate exposure to the incident
Participate in weekly incident risk meetings to ensure data is complete and correct, that corrective actions are identified and follow-up that actions are completed in a timely manner
Create the monthly Vulnerability Package by working across application and infrastructure teams to ensure vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner and vulnerability themes are identified to improve coding practices
Work across teams to evaluate EOL risk exposure, to identify action plans to resolve EOL risk and to track that EOL remediation actions are completed
Develop written and visual content that succinctly explains our security posture and adherence to controls
Analyze our Risk Assessment, DORA Assessment and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) control frameworks and determine what data can be used to automate validating real-time compliance with controls
Work with teams to understand how AI will impact our current SDLC controls
Support the department management team by providing security controls adherence content that enables them to communicate effectively across the organization.
Assist and communicate with Sr. Leaders to support creation of security and risk controls content that illustrates Broadridge’s IT Security posture
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
1-2 years of experience:
As a Risk Analyst, Security Analyst or Operational Risk Analyst
Knowledge of PowerPoint
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products: Excel, Word
Knowledge of PowerBI programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Security or cyber security or operational risk management
Systems thinker, able to manage a high degree of complexity and able to distill information into simple communications
Excellent judgment, discretion and unflappable under pressure
Detail oriented
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Organizational skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and every changing environment
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $73,000 - $80,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
