Position Summary

This role lies within the People and WorkPlace Solutions team (WPS), which owns all Human Resources-related activities, processes and policies for SEGR, strategically ensuring that the operations of the company can run smoothly both on the employee- but also on the organizatory level. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused People & WPS Generalist to join our People team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR process improvement. This role is pivotal and an opportunity to be involved in high-level strategic HR activities, planning, and decision-making, both internally but also externally with exposure to many other Samsung colleagues all over the world!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Own and coordinate all payroll related processes in cooperation with external payroll provider
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee transitions
  • ERGANI management for hiring, resignations, ovetimes etc.
  • Coordinate the annual target setting and employee performance appraisal processes
  • Maintains employee records in compliance with legal and company policies
  • Executes HR functions such as internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate events
  • HR systems management
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, etc.
  • Assist with audits, labor law postings, and compliance documentation.
  • Benefits Management (Insurance, car fleet, mobiles, ticket restaurant etc.)
  • Expatriation Procedures
  • Supervises the Work place solution Part and sure effectively management of all related tasks (such as care fleets, facilities etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience within a large Greek or multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or other related field
  • Master’s degree in HR or an MBA will be considered a big asset
  • Exceptional communication as well as analytical skills
  • Complete fluency of English language (both verbal & written)
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • High levels of multitasking and performing well under strict deadlines
  • Abillity to exhibit high levels of responsibility, trust and confidentiality
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, high levels of adaptability to unique situations
