£14.07 Per Hour+ company van and fuel card

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced plumber to join team in Dover. Working with Dover District Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a Plumber to undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract including out of hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience required in all maintenance plumbing including bathroom/wet room installs, hot water cylinders and leak detection.

First and second Fix’s, Kitchen and bathroom’s this will either be full replacements or partial replacements.

Response and maintenance plumber – will be dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, Fixing leaks and renewing plumbing parts.

Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.

Key Criteria:         

  • A trade qualification in Plumbing.
  • On the job experience.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License
  • Provide own hand tools
  • Excellent communication and Customer service skills
