Position Summary:

Senior Market Access specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the healthcare environment and developing strategic reimbursement pathways for our therapies. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership to align local and global strategies, ensuring optimal market access and pricing for our Hemodialysis (HD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), Critical Care, and Pharmaceutical portfolios.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategies related to New Health Technology Assessment (nHTA), reimbursement procedures, and insurance operations within the Hemodialysis (HD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), and Critical Care sectors.
  • Shape the healthcare environment and policy landscape by leveraging deep market and customer insights.
  • Manage product pricing and reimbursement strategies within the pharmaceutical portfolio.
  • Drive and lead cross-functional collaboration with local Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Medical Affairs, Sales, and Technical Service departments.
  • Act as the primary liaison to lead collaborations and strategic alignment with Global and Regional Market Access / Healthcare Economics teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the Market Access domain within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with diverse cross-functional departments and global stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated success and experience in driving New Health Technology Assessment (nHTA) submissions.
  • Preferred: Previous work experience in a multinational healthcare company.
