Are you passionate about transforming customer experiences through data-driven insights? We're looking for a dynamic Customer Experience (CX) Business Analyst to join our team. You'll dive deep into customer feedback, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a background in data analysis and experience delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! 

You will report to the Customer Experience Strategy & Governance Leader. 

Location: Bogota, Medellin or Mexico City (Hybrid).

What you’ll do: 

  • Unleash the Power of Customer Insights: Dive deep into Voice of the Customer (VOC) and CX data to uncover trends and lead intelligent decision-making. 
  • Craft Compelling Dashboards and Reports: Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to highlight main projects, customer pain points, and industry trends. This will empower the CX Strategy & Governance team to set priorities and achieve business goals. 
  • Be the Industry Expert: Use valuable insights from CX best practices and competitive landscape analysis to provide a thoughtful understanding of customer needs. 
  • Shape Strategic Decisions: Provide applicable insights that influence prioritization, strategy, and business case development, making a tangible impact on our business. 
  • Link CX to Financial Success: Connect customer experience metrics to financial outcomes to demonstrate the financial value of CX initiatives. 

Who We Are Looking For? 

  • Experienced and Driven: You are a team player with 3+ or more years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management & Reporting, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence. 
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: You have problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a proactive, curious, and action-oriented attitude.  
  • Data Enthusiast: You have a data analysis, visualization, and integration background. You are familiar with and curious about using AI to support your work. 
  • Innovative Thinker: An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to look beyond the current state and lead innovation. 
  • Insight Translator: Ability to transform complex data into clear business concepts and actionable insights. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, machine learning, and SQL
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Python
  • Multilingual Communicator: Fluency in English.
  • Self-Motivated and Collaborative: A self-starter who takes initiative, looks for help when needed, and succeeds in a global team with remote colleagues. 
  • Passionate About Customer Experience: Most importantly, a team player passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
