Position Summary:

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team at Rajkot, Gujarat. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection Machines.

Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.

Work You’ll Do:

• Installation of Injection Molding Machine
• Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine.
• Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine.
• Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Molding machine.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.

Team:

• This role will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Regional Service manager – Field Service Ahmedabad.

Basic Qualifications:

• Diploma Or Degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical & electronic engineering technology, or another related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsets.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool.
• Mechanical, electrical, Hydraulic skill to trouble shoot machine problems.
• Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and electrical schematics.
