This position is ideal for a data-driven, collaborative Sales Manager passionate about team accountability, professional growth, and revenue results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Use weekly scorecard reviews to assess performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Training & Skills Development: Build a scalable training curriculum for skill development and career advancement based on ongoing skills analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, training, and support teams to align on key initiatives and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French, with experience managing and coaching AEs in a multilingual environment, including Spanish and Italian-speaking teams.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of managing AEs in a SaaS environment.
  • Leadership & Coaching Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team with effective coaching and structured management practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong with data analysis and trend-spotting to monitor rep performance and adjust strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for clear and motivating communication.
  • Self-Starter: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Experience with enterprise accounts is advantageous.
  • MarTech Experience: A background in the MarTech industry is a plus.
  • Regional Team Building: Proven experience in establishing and growing regional sales teams.
