What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead/co-lead complex projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
• Create and manage plans to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Undertake self-initiated assignments, often with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all activities and decisions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience  
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of research and development processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
