A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about blending technical expertise with customer engagement?
If so, we’re looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to partner closely with sales teams and customers, delivering impactful solutions and building strong relationships across the healthcare landscape! As a trusted advisor, you’ll drive product adoption, educate stakeholders, and lead complex projects from concept to implementation. You’ll join an experienced, dynamic team where your expertise truly makes a difference, working on meaningful initiatives, collaborating with a wide network of professionals, and helping improve outcomes through innovation and teamwork.

This role covers all Poland and involves a high level of travel (around 80%), offering the chance to stay close to customers, build strong relationships, and make a real impact across the territory.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
In this position you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects and contributing to strategic initiatives that impact business outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting product adoption, and influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Additionally you will:

• Provide expert technical support to sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders 
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and on-site training sessions 
• Support product installations, maintenance, and post-sales technical follow-up 
• Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations

Required Knowledge and Experience:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy and curiosity, with a strong drive to learn and grow. A proactive and open-minded individual who enjoys exploring new ideas and is excited to make a meaningful impact while developing their expertise. 
Additionally in this role we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience supporting sales activities in a technical or clinical environment 
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful communication 
• Degree in a relevant field 
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to manage projects independently and navigate complex, undefined challenges
