About the Role

In this role, you will manage and support internal IT applications, including SAP, and contribute to IT projects that drive our global operations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, operate, and manage IT applications, primarily SAP systems
  • Participate in IT projects, including the introduction and rollout of new IT systems
  • Provide user support by handling requests, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Language Skills
    • Japanese: Native or business level
    • English: Ability to read basic English texts (emails, manuals)
  • Technical Skills & Experience
    • Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) with at least 1 year of experience
    • Basic knowledge and experience in IT application management and IT projects
    • Development experience in ABAP or other programming languages
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience

    • Proactive and responsible approach to work
    • Ability to work independently without waiting for instructions

    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Experience with multiple SAP modules
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Broader IT development experience beyond ABAP
  • Previous involvement in global IT projects
