Lead the vision and execution for Everpure's mission-critical Data Protection portfolio, ensuring global enterprises remain resilient against evolving cyber threats. You will own the strategy for solutions that redefine instant data recovery across hybrid-cloud environments, moving beyond simple backup to true business continuity. By orchestrating high-stakes collaborations between Engineering, the CTO office, and Sales, you will establish Everpure as the undisputed leader in the data resilience market.
Architect Data Resilience Strategy: Own the multi-year roadmap for the Data Protection portfolio, prioritizing platform features and integrations that deliver measurable recovery advantages and clear market differentiation.
Drive Product Excellence from Concept to Scale: Lead the full product lifecycle by translating complex customer needs into high-impact releases, ensuring the global sales force and partner channel are equipped to win against legacy competitors.
Optimize Business Performance: Define and monitor KPIs focused on product adoption and revenue growth, using deep market analysis of emerging threat vectors to pivot strategy and capture new market share.
Expand the Strategic Ecosystem: Forge deep technical and go-to-market alliances with key partners to extend Everpure’s reach and ensure seamless, secure recovery outcomes for our joint customers.
Domain Mastery in Data Protection: Wide-ranging expertise in enterprise storage, data recovery, and cybersecurity, with a proven ability to evaluate variable factors to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways.
Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to transform ambiguous market signals into a concrete product vision that drives business outcomes and addresses C-suite challenges.
Collaborative Leadership & Influence: A natural ability to build formal and informal networks across Engineering, external partners, and key stakeholders to align cross-functional teams toward a unified strategic direction.
End-to-End Product Ownership: A track record of taking total ownership of the product journey, from setting criteria for results and determining methods on new assignments to global go-to-market execution.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
