As a part of the Worldwide Revenue Operations team, this individual will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success organization by collaborating with leaders within the Customer Success, Sales and Operations teams.
We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making at Sprinklr and this individual, in collaboration with the rest of the Revenue Operations team will function as a center of expertise for the Customer Success organization.
In order to be successful, this individual will have demonstrable experience in analyses, reporting and processes across a broad range of Revenue Operations and Sales and Customer Success topics such as pipeline, productivity, renewals, consumption and adoption, predictive analytics, reporting and dashboards, and forecasting.
They will also have experience working closely with a number of internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership team.
Report to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting
Develop KPI reporting and key business insights
Ability to pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations
Ready to dig in to complex problems and become an expert in Revenue Operations at every level
Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Revenue Operations
Partner with the Sales, Customer Success & Operations leadership to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including consumption and adoption, renewals, churn, and expansion
Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal GTM decision making
Communicate initiatives and goals with Senior Management Team
Support compensation design to determine the metrics and targets that the teams within Sales are measured on
Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements
Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Revenue Operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success
Skills:

Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience across one or more operations functional areas: Revenue / Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
Experience using Salesforce, Power BI & Microsoft Applications
Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making

Compensation Range
$83,000 - $110,000 - $138,000The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
