What we're looking for
The fleet dispatcher is responsible for the successful operations of the entire shuttle department for Steamboat Springs, CO.
The fleet dispatcher will help Vacasa’s Resort Services department in guest services by handling incoming calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Direct communication via two-way radios with shuttle drivers effectively delivering information regarding guest location and destination.
The fleet dispatcher is expected to understand and be capable of the operations for the Resort Services department. The dispatcher must be prepared to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
This is a seasonal position. We are hiring for this position on or around 11/25/24 and employment is expected to end on or around 4/20/25. The company is under no obligation to extend your employment through the season nor beyond the end date. Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.
