The President of JT4 LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Amentum) provides visionary and strategic leadership to ensure the company delivers exceptional support to U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy test ranges. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of performance for government customers under the J-Tech II contract. The JT4 President is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the business segment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering technical expertise and resources for test, tactics, training, and technology. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for JT4, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across the organization.
Lead the development and implementation of operational, technical, and procedural guidelines to achieve business goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, ensuring mission support requirements are met: for the 412th Test Wing (Edwards AFB CA), the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), the National Space Test & Training Complex (NSTTC, Schriever SFB, CO), the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), the Navy’s China Lake Ranges (CLR, CA) and Point Mugu Sea Range (PMSR, CA).
Act as a trusted partner and advocate for customer needs, ensuring alignment with JT4’s capabilities and resources.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the management of complex projects, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with federal contracting standards and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accountability.
Performance & Safety:
Champion a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and security in all operations as a Department of Defense contractor.
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven analyses to drive accountability, achieve performance targets, and sustain results.
Organizational Development:
Lead the development and implementation of organizational structures, processes, and controls to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Delegate responsibilities effectively to operational leaders while ensuring clear accountability and alignment with strategic goals.
Promote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Business Planning & Growth:
Develop and present business plans, including two-year and strategic plans, to the Corporation (Amentum) for review and approval.
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the J-Tech II contract.
Support Amentum growth beyond the J-Tech II contract including joint ventures, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Compliance & Representation:
Ensure all business activities comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Represent JT4 in interactions with customers, employees, competitors, suppliers, government agencies, community organizations, and professional societies.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in government contract/subcontract administration with profit and loss responsibility.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
Leadership: Proven track record of executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Skills: Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Travel: Position requires extensive travel.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

$325,000.00
