Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026

Location: The position is based at our Mississauga location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Key expectations:

• Develop new features and content for our software build management / requirement management web application.

• Develop new graphical user interfaces (GUI) for enhancing the user experience.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can work independently, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and has a solid understanding of both the discipline and the role.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Collaborate with our engineering team and tool development team to design and develop new software solutions

• Work independently to bring your part of the project to completion

• Prepare clear documentation of your code and help files

• Gain exposure to the DO-178C software development process

What do you need to be successful?

• Be eligible to work in Canada

• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship

• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering discipline with strong programing skills

• Demonstrated work experience in SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, D3/JQuery, JavaScript, Git, XML, JSON, API

• Understanding of relational databases

• Familiarity with creating user-friendly and easy-to-navigate web pages

• Ability to create user guides and help files

• Ability to effectively communicate, and work with team members

• Self-directed, willingness to learn and adapt

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written)

Assets

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and print.

• Experiences in LaTeX, Python, Visual Basic, C++, Symfony PHP framework.

• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities

The salary range for this role is 23.10 to 33.30 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
