Reporting to Group Supply Chain Finance FP&A lead, the individual will be part of the GBS team and will support Group SC Finance in analyzing & controlling product costs and support deployment of Product Costing policy.

The analyst will be in close collaboration with the Product Costing Global Process Expert, the Supply Chain Finance Business Partners and work cross functionally with the Finance, Manufacturing, PLW, Procurement & Marketing teams.

What you will be responsible for:

  • All Markets:

    • Coordinate the delivery & deployment of the Product Costing policy across all markets in coordination with the Product Costing Global Process Expert

    • Support Network Optimization Program in partnership with Supply Chain
       

  • S4 Markets only

    • Develop control processes around Product Costing adoption

    • Analysis & follow up of Manufacturing & Cost Variances.

    • Coordinating of quarterly and budget standard cost updates in coordination with the Group Financial Analyst - Transfer Prices & Price Control

    • Standard Cost database/report development and owner

    • Further Development of Global Calculation Sheet to be Instrumental for Budget Processes

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance & Management preferred; Industrial Engineering or Information Systems considered.

  • Experience in an international finance organization or industrial controlling required.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with a focus on automation.

  • SAP/S4 knowledge preferred; eagerness to learn new systems required.

  • English proficiency is mandatory.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for handling large data sets.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Salary ranges from 3250 to 3700  euro gross depending on your experience.
