The Fleet Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Fleet Sales Team by ensuring exceptional service, operational accuracy, and clear communication across internal departments and with external customers. This position is instrumental in maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records, supporting membership growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience for our valued fleet partners.

Serve as a dedicated support partner to the Fleet Sales Team to help grow fleet membership and increase car count.
Provide outstanding service to fleet customers by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
Conduct follow-ups with current clients to ensure account accuracy, upsell where appropriate, and support ongoing engagement.
Maintain detailed and organized fleet account records using internal systems.
Assist in the onboarding and transition of customers and staff to a new Fleet Management System.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on customer-focused initiatives to support local site success and membership growth.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the fleet customer experience.
Support the achievement of fleet performance goals and ROI targets by ensuring a positive customer relationship with the Tidal Wave Fleet Team.
