Hourly Pay Rate: $18/hr

Work-Related Travel: Ability to travel to Tidal Wave Auto Spa's Birmingham, AL Office Quarterly.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Fleet Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Fleet Sales Team by ensuring exceptional service, operational accuracy, and clear communication across internal departments and with external customers. This position is instrumental in maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records, supporting membership growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience for our valued fleet partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a dedicated support partner to the Fleet Sales Team to help grow fleet membership and increase car count.

• Provide outstanding service to fleet customers by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships.

• Conduct follow-ups with current clients to ensure account accuracy, upsell where appropriate, and support ongoing engagement.

• Maintain detailed and organized fleet account records using internal systems.

• Assist in the onboarding and transition of customers and staff to a new Fleet Management System.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on customer-focused initiatives to support local site success and membership growth.

• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the fleet customer experience.

• Support the achievement of fleet performance goals and ROI targets by ensuring a positive customer relationship with the Tidal Wave Fleet Team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administrative roles (Fleet or automotive industry experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-friendly tone.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and responsive.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while staying organized, flexible, and responsive in a dynamic work environment.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Quickbase or CRM systems is a plus.
• An enthusiastic, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
