A role in Financial Products & Services (FPS) means joining a high-impact team that designs and manages Target’s financial offerings—like Target Circle Card, Gift Cards, and Payments—to deliver intuitive, rewarding, and trusted experiences. As a Sr. Consultant, Financial Products & Services (Prepaid), you will play a key role in driving the planning, execution, and performance of Target’s Prepaid program, including Target GiftCards and Open Loop offerings. This role is responsible for owning core business operations, including forecasting, vendor planning, and execution of growth strategies that support category performance across channels.
You will serve as a critical operator within the prepaid business, translating strategy into action through strong financial management, promotional execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires the ability to independently manage complex workstreams, make data-driven decisions, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
Working closely with partners across Marketing, Loyalty, Pricing & Promotions, Stores, Finance, Analytics, and external vendors, you will help ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships while driving results.
