Job Description

CACI has an immediate need for a Senior Cyber Engineer/Product Architect to support the Marine Corps Oracle EBS R12 system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile scrum team supporting team members as a product architect related to tasks and change requests for Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) requirements for Linux OS, applications technical stack, and Oracle Fusion Middleware based systems. Detail activities are listed below:

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Senior Cyber Engineer/Product Architect will be responsible to provide Subject Matter Expertise to the team for the refinement and decomposition of workload related to STIGs requirements and other cyber security vulnerabilities across the environments.
  • Review and approve solutions design and mitigation reports.
  • Review and approve test plans and testing results.
  • Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined in compliance with approved Agile methodology including attending daily stand-up calls, working with team members helping resolve work impediments, reviewing and approving patches as per the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Review technical design documentation and perform code reviews produced by other Cyber developers to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different components and provide updates as required.
  • Interact with government product owners and other SMEs to analyze requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring to junior resources as required.
  • Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements and identifying solution.
  • Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Experience working with cyber security processes including implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) requirements for Linux OS, applications, and database technology.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, SQL, and scripting.
  • Some levels experience with Oracle technology including Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS), Oracle Identity Management, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
  • Some level of experience with PKI based authentication systems using tokens e.g. Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Work with vendors, specifically Oracle, on service requests as required.
  • Ability to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD secure system authentication process
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Experience in Single Sign-on (SSO) technology and integration with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, and Oracle Fusion Middleware based applications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
