We're Hiring: Full-Time Medical Director. This role will be a hybrid role working remotely with roughly 25% in the local hospitals.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Las Vegas resident
• Must be licensed in NV
• Hospital priveliges in the Las Vegas area
• MD or DO without restrictions
• Hospitalist experience

Position Purpose: This Medical Director will assist with hospital discharge planning and correct hospital acuity documentation. It will work with our hospitalist groups, nurse case managers, and the hospital case managers.

• Primary liaison with all hospitalist groups
• Review daily census and determine opportunities for conversion to more appropriate admission status and/or transition to lower care
• Analyze hospitalist group metrics and assist with improving efficiencies
• Work closely with the Population Health team to determine appropriate level of care and ensure optimal discharge planning

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited medical school, plus board certification by the ABMS. 5+ years of experience in Medicine and as a Hospitalist. Experience functioning as a lead.

License/Certification: Current state medical license without restrictions.

Pay Range: $210,800.00 - $400,500.00 per year
