We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to own components of deliverables supporting strategy development, product innovation, player management, and marketing initiative ideation and delivery.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Digital Product Integration & Strategy Lead , you will be empowered to:
Support the continued growth of OLG’s digital business and digital brands through:
Analyzing internal and external data and information to provide recommendations.
Designing and implement innovative analytical solutions.
Creating engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing customer facing marketing campaigns; and
Learning and growing with a wonderful team while working on challenging/exciting problems.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
Understanding of basic business concepts (market sizing, business metrics, etc.).
Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics relevant to digital and iGaming.
Experience with digital direct-to-consumer products or marketing.
Ability to spot insights within data and communicate them to stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate and share information.
Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; and
Work collaboratively within an agile environment.
Relevant Skills:
Technical: demonstrates a strong aptitude for structured and unstructured problem solving and quantitative analysis.
Strategy & Execution: resourceful and analytical approach to problem solving with a drive to deliver in tight timeframes.
Integrity and trust: do what is right and operate with transparency and openness.
