JOB DESCRIPTION
What does a Sr. Analyst, Business Controls Risk do at Green Dot?
You will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team responsible for ensuring adherence with regulatory guidance and executive management’s commitment to maintain a high standard of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as overall sound risk management. The team works collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization to execute an enterprise-wide, risk-based approach to identifying, measuring, and managing the various types of risk exposure to the organization.
As a Sr. Analyst, Business Controls Risk, you can look forward to:
•Executing ERM Program key activities (risk assessments, Key Risk Indicators, Issues, etc.) for the partner relationship
•Executing and support the partner’s risk assessment process, create centralized risk and control libraries, and facilitate escalation processes.
•Implementing and overseeing the partner’s Key Risk Indicators.
•Proposing and implementing ERM Program enhancements related to frameworks (e.g. Risk Governance, Issue Management, Change Management), standards, procedures, and tooling.
•Supporting the execution of strategic projects for the ERM team and overseeing partner strategic initiatives.
•Supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and escalate partner risks as appropriate for committee awareness.
•Facilitating emerging risk program, including supporting desktop exercises to scope the size of the impact on the partner or organization.
•Developing relevant risk management system of record training for the partner.
•Supporting partner’s resiliency program by facilitating and analyzing core elements of a Business Continuity Program (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

Required:
•Minimum 5 years of experience supporting regulatory, digital transformation, and/or technology implementations.
•Ability to identify, assess, monitor, and escalate risks impacting the lines of business.
•Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time concurrently to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities.
•Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude.
•Excellent project and program planning skills.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership.
•Ability to collaborate with others to get work done through influence and prioritization.
•Proactive work style used to consistently communicate project status, issues and completion plans.
•Ability to identify issues and obstacles and determine potential solutions for consideration in a succinct way.
•Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio.

The targeted base salary for this position is $66,300 to $101,300 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.<<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>>
