Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture to create innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities. - Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. - Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
