Summary : As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the technology offerings. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions are not only effective but also sustainable and scalable for future needs. Your role will require a blend of creativity and technical expertise to drive projects forward and contribute to the overall success of the organization. will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying skills within the AERA Cognitive Operating System. This role involves translating business requirements into functional AERA skills by leveraging AERA’s low-code/no-code platform and integrating data sources to deliver AI-driven insights and automation. Roles & Responsibilities: • Work with business analysts and solution architects to understand functional requirements. • Design, configure, and develop AERA skills including actions, insights, and recommendations. • Integrate AERA with multiple data sources (ERP, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.) through data pipelines. • Develop and maintain test cases to validate skill functionality and business logic. • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance. • Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment of skills. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing skills for performance and scalability. • Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment guidelines. • Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Professional & Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience in building AERA skills (actions, recommendations, scenarios, workflows). • Good understanding of supply chain, planning, or finance domain processes. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. • Experience in data integration, ETL, or APIs is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. • AERA Skill Builder certification (if available). • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they are applied within AERA. • Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or supply chain projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Aera Control Tower. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
