Job Summary

Working closely with the Business Development team, you will focus on the success of potential partners to monetize the Connective platform and products. You will represent and manage Connective’s Revenue Partners internally and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, taking feedback from partners' business/product leads, advertisers, and internal teams to drive adoption and growth of the Connective Platform.

Work with the Head of Business Development and Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop partner management plans for key partners and serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for key Partners and build and maintain strong relationships with those partners to drive mutually agreed upon KPI’s. Work closely with Sales, PMM, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to track and analyze key metrics that measure partner success and value. Serve as the “voice of the partner” within Connective, disseminating relevant information to internal stakeholders shareholders as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the technology or media industries. Preferred Qualifications: A personable attitude, who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups within Snap and across partner organizations Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility among internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner with the product team to migrate use and drive adoption of API features
  • Act as a technical liaison in B2B, service engineering teams, and business teams
  • New Business and Partner acquisition (Prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching)
  • Identify target clients and segments for our clients platform
  • Identify and generate new partnerships from start to execution
  • Partner on-boarding (Sales & product training)
  • Partner management (Pipeline and report accurately each week)
  • Partner success (Visit partners/customers/prospects as necessary)
  • Attend local events and exhibitions
  • Identify and build product offering that adequately meets needs of our clients and their customers
  • Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership, present and promote partnerships to ensure resourcing is allocated to their success

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $192,199.77 - $288,299.66

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
