About the Role
The Clinician will provide responsive and comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment and casemanagment to our target population in a variety of community and residential settings. The Clinician will engage in service development and evaluation of care as well as direct provision of case management aimed at enhancing independence, self-esteem and optimum level of functioning as part of the multidisciplinary team serving consumers, carers, residential care staff and others.
Classifications for this positions will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 NP75 - NP77 ($112,465 - $121,113 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
AHPRA registration and relevant qualification
Current Victorian Driver’s License and confident to drive various work cars
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Mental Health
Experience in working with consumers and carers in Community psychiatry and/or aged care
Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Demonstrated written, organisational and verbal skills
Sound computer skills, intermediate word processing, spreadsheet and database use skills
Proven ability to work well in a busy multidisciplinary team setting
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
