Job Description:

Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure is seeking an intern for its legal department as a temporary role for a minimum term of 6 months that may be extended for another 6 months subject to performance of the candidate.

TASKS:

• Preparation and/or review of all sorts of corporate, contractual and other legal documents.
• Assist in investment processes, joint ventures and financing transactions.
• Assist in regulatory and compliance matters.
• Research on legal/regulatory updates and changes that affect the digital infrastructure business.
• Coordination and supervision of external law firms.
• Assist with bookkeeping of subsidiaries.

REQUERIMENTS:

• Bachelor of Laws.
• Proficiency in English (C2) or bilingual.
• Having some previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department will be valuated, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in other languages welcome, though not strictly required.
