Position Overview:

The Neuberger Wealth Operations team supports our Wealth Management business, specifically focusing on account opening and maintenance, and document driven workflows. The team is focused on providing high level client service to the Wealth Management and Client Service teams it supports, while working in a team oriented, high volume, and demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of daily breaks between Neuberger and custodian including:

    • Householding

    • Account closures and balances

    • Daily Tax certification

    • Tax Methodology breaks

  • Review and disposition document driven requests via in-house workflow tool

  • Action account maintenance requests

  • Third Party Data Feed Review and Setup

Experience & Skills Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, B.S or B.A.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the securities industry

    • Broker Dealer/Advisor Operations and/or Client Service

    • Account Opening/Maintenance workflow experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to demonstrate professional manner and poise working closely with Client Administrators, Wealth Managers, peers, and clearing/custody providers

  • Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a demanding high-volume atmosphere

  • Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
