Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. You will lead comprehensive assessments of the current operational state, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. By envisioning and outlining effective business solutions and frameworks, you help shape strategic initiatives that align with the client s goals. Your role includes crafting compelling business cases that support the realization of these opportunities, ensuring that the envisioned outcomes are both achievable and sustainable. This position requires a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with practical solutions, fostering alignment across teams and stakeholders throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on business objectives and solution approaches.
- Document and communicate business architecture artifacts that support decision-making and project execution.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and actionable plans.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with retail industry practices and business architecture frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
