This role represents a high-level opportunity to lead and grow a significant property management operation, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills.
The team encompasses 8 x direct Property Manager reports (senior and junior), 3 x Building Operations Managers/Supervisors plus a further 34 delivery staff.
Also important is maintaining the profitability of the PAM NSW CBD1 P&L.

Use your industry relationships and connections to generate new business for your business unit. Actively pursue opportunities and work to provide solutions that will solve client’s needs and achieve growth for JLL and your team.
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the JLL Management Agency Agreement and ensure its implementation across the portfolio
Generate income by ensuring Property Managers are developing renewal opportunities for the tenants on their properties
Supervise the effective management of all department resources to deliver exceptional performance across all assets
Set objectives and measurable goals, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve them
With the aid of your direct reports, oversee the Finance Managers and Portfolio Accountants in the delivery of financial reporting ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy
Maintain accurate fee forecast schedules. Complete the budget and reforecast of salaries and wages across the portfolio
Act as the leadership “role model” for JLL and our clients, by behaving consistently with cultural requirements in an open and transparent manner
Develop and implement quality control measures, utilising appropriate JLL compliance and risk management procedures
Be familiar with local market trends, industry changes and be able to provide strategic advice to clients. Act as CRM ensuring that clients are actively engaged with by all business lines within JLL and able to leverage their relationship across the business. Ensure that you know and liaise regularly with Leasing, Sales and Valuations teams to deliver high quality services to our clients

To be successful, you’ll have incredible communication skills (written and verbal) and be a true industry professional with proven success in a similar role, spanning a considerable portfolio with both a strategic and operational focus. (Large centre or portfolio management experience).
Additionally, you will use your dynamic and engaging leadership skills to continue the fostering of individual growth which has already created a powerful and successful team.
Graduate of a property related tertiary or post graduate degree, you hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence.
Furthermore, you have proven experience overseeing finance, budgeting, operations as well as significant leasing exposure.
