Role based in Barcelona — 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

 

The Enterprise Technology Services function provides IT Services for the entire AZ organisation The function is truly global in scale with team members across Asia, Europe and the Americas. 

 

The Global IT Service and Experience function includes the Service Experience Team: Accountable for ensuring the ‘effective delivery’ of ETS services and processes to our global customers The team includes AskIT Brand, IT Events, Communication of change, culture and adoption, training and best practice, and management of the RefreshIT service for provisioning IT equipment A Workvivo Business Analysis is responsible for aligning engagement and communication goals with platform configuration, partnering with key stakeholders in IT and Global Corporate Affairs to ensure we maintain a well-functioning platform.   

 

The Workvivo Business Analyst will also be responsible for: 

  • Providing effective communications on the platform, providing regular updates on new and existing functionality and service related communications.   

  • Assessing new functionality, summarising this back to key stakeholders for decision making purposes, 

  • Ensuring new capabilities are introduced into production with minimal disruption to our customers supported by robust change and clear and concise communication management plans 

  • Identifying opportunities across the platform to drive greater engagement, more active users, and community participation  

  • Working with the vendor to monitor industry trends on the platform, building appropriate benchmarks to help support internal measurement 

  • Effective process adherence to ensure Workvivo services are delivered within KPIs, complimented with accurate service reporting and performance measures   

  • Effective stakeholder management to ensure business requirements or challenges are understood and new capabilities are implemented as well as driving continual service improvement.   

  • Implement and foster collaboration with other service and innovation teams to ensure the development/delivery of service enhancements or integrations aligns to overall AZ IT strategy. 

  • You will be a champion of the Workvivo product, maintain high personal utilisation, leading by example across IT and and marketing/driving adoption across the business 

  • Own and manage Workvivo reporting capabilities and business requests within GDPR regulations. 

  • Manage access requirements and lifecycle housekeeping activities to ensure the platform is governed and remains compliant and accurate. 

Candidate Focus & Challenge 

Customer & Relationships 

  • Responsible for supporting business exploitation and use of Workvivo, acting as Workvivo Champion/Evangelist across Global IT. 
  • Build close working relationships with IT & Business Communication Leaders and Digital Leaders in Corporate Affairs to support their needs from Workvivo as the company social platform. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with other parties for integration or business interest, e.g. Conferencing Team, Business Relationship Managers, AI decision maker
  • Work closely with ETS Comms Lead on effective use of Workvivo for ETS and other IT communications to IT staff and/or business staff. 
  • Work closely with IT Training and Best Practice Leads to drive education and best practice initiatives supporting Workvivo usability and exploitation.

Service & Performance 

  • Drive the analysis of trends/insights from multiple data sources to inform stakeholder reporting and future improvements. 

  • Ensure effective housekeeping activities are run to keep content fresh and accurate including reporting capabilities  

  • Work on introducing a new PowerBI dashboard that is available for all, to help take advantage of key reporting analytics without granting elevated permissions to stakeholders 

Governance & Tools 

  • Help coordinate Governance meetings with Workvivo and internal stakeholders, providing key information and managing output 

  • Support the eDRT tool Aware that is aligned to Workvivo. 

Candidate Knowledge, Skills &Experience

 

Essential 

  • Strong experience supporting service/platforms 

  • Data analysis and presentation skills (e.g. MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) 

  • Familiarity with Workvivo and latest trends for the area of communications platforms 

  • Strong communication skills with the drive to evangelise and promote a service 

  • A clear communicator, methodical, disciplined, confident & assertive to interface with stakeholders at all levels of the business and collaborate with teams 

  • Excellent supplier relationship skills with knowledge and experience of service level management  

  • Experience in working across Stakeholders including Architecture, Service Operations & Service Management. 

 

Desirable but not essential 

  • Business Administration / Information Service experience 

  • Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes 

  • Experience of assessing new platform functionality and executing change programmes
