What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? • Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). • Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions. • Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required. • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. • Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects. • Excellent communication skills—able to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. • Eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes. • A team player is mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership. Consistently produces work of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to process and outcomes. • 2 to 3 years of work experience in HR Operations • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or related field). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and other MS Office tools. • Experience with Workday or similar CRM / HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
