What impact you’ll make:
As a Gas Power Global Supply Chain member, the Greenville Manufacturing Operational Finance Manager is the key finance partner for the plant in Greenville, South Carolina. This site produces gas turbine new units, capital spare parts, new unit assembly and global repairs with ~1,460K hours of annual production. This role has oversight over ~$280M of gross production costs, ~$650M inventory, and ~$35M of capital spend while driving key performance indicators including labor productivity, utilization and indirect costs per hour (utilities, supplies & tooling, maintenance).

Prior FP&A and Supply Chain Finance experience
Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
System ERP Expertise: SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and communication skills
Established project management skills, including relevant experience leading complex initiatives cross functionally
Working knowledge of visualization software: Tableau

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $107,600.00 - $179,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
