Join us in driving factory transformation and global digitalization! As a key member of our team, you will lead SAP system integration and optimization across core modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) and collaborate with our headquarters in the Netherlands to deliver high-impact solutions for manufacturing excellence.

Role and responsibilities

  • Act as the primary coordinator for SAP-related projects, focusing on MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules. 

  • Support SAP, MES and all other enterprise level applications integration to enable smart factory operations. 

  • Analyze business requirements, design As-Is / To-Be processes, and identify improvement gaps. 

  • Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT). 

  • Communicate project status and vision clearly to stakeholders and global teams. 

  • Represent the project team in global workshops and influence process design decisions. 


Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields. 

  • 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including SAP (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM modules) or Oracle applications. 

  • Experience in smart manufacturing or factory operations; MES knowledge is a strong plus. 

  • Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration. 

Skills

  • Strong SAP functional expertise and ability to integrate with MES systems. 

  • Programing skills (for example: VBA, C#, python etc.)  

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for creating dashboards and actionable insights is also highly valued. 

  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for global collaboration. 

  • Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority. 

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
