Join us in driving factory transformation and global digitalization! As a key member of our team, you will lead SAP system integration and optimization across core modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) and collaborate with our headquarters in the Netherlands to deliver high-impact solutions for manufacturing excellence.
Act as the primary coordinator for SAP-related projects, focusing on MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules.
Support SAP, MES and all other enterprise level applications integration to enable smart factory operations.
Analyze business requirements, design As-Is / To-Be processes, and identify improvement gaps.
Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
Communicate project status and vision clearly to stakeholders and global teams.
Represent the project team in global workshops and influence process design decisions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
5+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including SAP (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM modules) or Oracle applications.
Experience in smart manufacturing or factory operations; MES knowledge is a strong plus.
Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong SAP functional expertise and ability to integrate with MES systems.
Programing skills (for example: VBA, C#, python etc.)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for creating dashboards and actionable insights is also highly valued.
Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for global collaboration.
Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
