The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant who will ensure that our customers receive their deliveries of important products on time. In this role, the contingent worker will be a central point of contact between our sales team and our customers, handling the entire order process from registration to delivery follow-up.
How you’ll make an impact
- Handle customer orders from registration to delivery, with a focus on accuracy and fast execution.
- Create and follow up on invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate order status and resolve any issues.
- Follow up on payments and ensure that all documentation is in place throughout the order cycle.
- Adapt to customer-specific needs and handle changes efficiently during the process.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, tenders, production and logistics to ensure a smooth
customer experience. - Monthly project reviews with management team to follow up on delivery, the financials and execution of the full project process.
Your Background
- Education in project management or logistics is required, and economics preferable.
- Experience in order management and working in business systems, SAP is a requirement and Salesforce is a plus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Solution-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Accurate, structured and efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical understanding of electronic products such as relay protection is an advantage.
