The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant within the Sky Dining services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing resources effectively, and supporting continuous improvement across all aspects of the dining experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, catering, or food service management.

    A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or Business.

    In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and aviation hygiene standards.

    Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

    Strong leadership and team-building skills.
