Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner for Workday Core HCM, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Workday Core HCM for a specific business function, ensuring that the solution meets the business requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance for a function end to end, leveraging Workday Core HCM functionality. - Define parts of an organization, including roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures, to support the implementation of Workday Core HCM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other consultants, to ensure successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. - Experience in business process analysis and design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in HR, business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
