Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the entire execution of the event and audio-visual production, from the initial consultation with clients to the final execution of the event.

• Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure seamless technical coordination and timely delivery of all event components.

• Coordinate all aspects of technical operation in event execution.

• Provide guidance to AV technicians to optimize performance to meet and exceed the expectations of event organizers

Requirements:

• A degree in event management, AV production, communications, or a related field may be preferred. Certifications in AV Operator or project management can be a plus.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing English and Cantonese fluently. Mandarin is an advantage.

• With experience with AV operation, including Audio, Video and lighting equipment.

• With understanding of AV setups, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, etc., and fundamental Knowledge of IT infrastructure to support event technology.

• Regular Work Pattern is Monday to Friday, duties may require working evenings and overnight, and public holidays from time to time based upon event project requirements.
